Shipping and Return policy

Shipping policy: Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping can take up to 5-10 business days after the entire processing period. Delays with postage and deliveries may happen and are beyond my control. Incorrect addresses cannot be changed, once the order is placed.

Lost/Stolen PackageWe are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due wrong shipping address  etc please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Return and Refund  PolicyAll sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the merchant. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase with original packaging and tags in tact before an exchange can be issued.Products cannot be used or altered to be eligible for a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
